It’s just a good hotel. Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, nice touches like under floor heating and a heated mirror in the bathroom. And a health club with a swimming pool. Well done Radisson. We’re getting one in Durham soon

The Palace Hotel in Manchester could be a great hotel if it were not let down by its management. This is the conclusion I have come to having stayed there four or five times in the last couple of months. I am, oddly, rather fond of this hotel despite its failings.
